You are so brave for being here. Taking the step to begin counseling requires vulnerability and courage. If you’re looking to discover a stronger sense of self and truth, foster deeper connection with yourself and others, and want a secure space to feel seen and heard, you have found the right place.
You don’t have to do this all on your own. It would be an honor and a privilege to work with you on your journey. Through counseling and adventure therapy, I help people navigate these and other struggles:
AnxietyIf fear and anxiety are getting in the way of you enjoying your life, we can work to help you live more fully in the present. |
TraumaIf you've experienced a traumatic event or have a history of complex trauma, we can work together to help you shift to living in a place of security instead of fear. |
Life TransitionsTransitions bring up a lot of questions and uncertainty. We can work together to help you trust in the process of living into the answers. |
Mountain Bike TherapyExperiential therapy for trauma and anxiety MTB Therapy is a form of Adventure Therapy (AT) that can be helpful for folks who feel stuck and want to work through trauma and anxiety in a deeply experiential way. MTB Therapy can also be supportive for folks who have crashed on their mountain bike and want to work through the fear of getting back in the saddle. |

IndividualsMy approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed. I provide a secure space, free of judgment, for you to share your story while also facilitating experiences that help you go deeper, allowing you to make the changes you are hoping for. |
couplesI support couples in finding new ways to navigate conflict in order to free themselves from stuck places in their relationship and grow individually and together as partners. |
